"No child left behind" and "LEAP" Compare & Contrast

The similarities and comparisons out weight the contrast. The contrast the that the two organization have is the fact that one is instated by the government and the other is an organization all by its self but tries to get back up from the government. No child left behind is a government act that was instated. It was made to uphold some educational reforms. It was and still is an act to educated and better our youth. That is the same thing that the LEAP program proceeds to do. The LEAP organization doesn't just want to educate the youth and uplift our inner cities, but they also want through education and a strong guidance the child will grow up to be a better citizen also. One of the contrast between these two ideals if you will call it that, is the fact that LEAP is nonprofitable where as the No Child Left Behind Act cost us some money. No Child Left Behind Act aims at the student in the classroom and focuses on the intelligence progression of that individual student. However, LEAP is doing something different, they are trying to give each child a chance to be a student. No Child Left Behind & LEAP are doing two different things but they both make it possible for one another to do their job. LEAP basically gets the child in the classroom to be taught as a student, and then the No Child Left Behind act goes in to have the teachers make sure every student learn the material personally. These two organizations together have become an educational circle.
